My most beautiful Jack Russell Alice left us on the 19th January 2021,after a brief illness. I cannot thank Valley Pet Crematorium enough for their incredible kindness and understanding. The whole situation which was very difficult was made bearable by their compassion of the wonderful staff. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I recently lost my rottie Bert 7th Feb 2021 due to a short encounter with an invasive bladder tumour. We were very apprehensive about what was going to happen, due to covid, but Stephanie was an absolute angel the entire week. From the first call being a blubbery mess, Stephanie supported and guided me through all the options that were available and was so kind and patient with me. I picked up my boy on Monday and went to sort out his box he was in and I sobbed. The loving and stunning touches that surrounded his ashes were beautiful and heart warming. Thank you for everything Stephanie, you treated Bert like your own and was a real supportive rock throughout the week. Will be ordering more of your urns for the other babies. The service was remarkable and from the bottom of my heart thank you. It was faultless and you all have hearts of an angel. Whenever that time comes again with my old boy cat, we will definitely be coming back to you. Lots of love, the Mayhews xxx

Having used Valley Pet Crematorium 7 years ago when our wonderful Labrador Jack passed away and then the following year when we also lost our lovely Podenco Lucky, I had no hesitation in contacting Jackie at Valley Pet Crematorium this past Monday after our beloved cat Ben passed peacefully away aged 18 years. He was so very special to my wife and I that I would only entrust the very best to take care of his final moments, and that is without question Valley. Jackie took care of all the arrangements as per our wishes and 2 days later, this past Wednesday 11th September, Ben had an individual cremation. I attended in the morning and was able to say a proper goodbye to Ben as Jackie had placed him in the St Francis Room in a gorgeous basket and blanket. Returning 2 hours later, I collected Ben's ashes in a beautiful Sleeping Cat casket, along with some of Ben's fur which I requested. On such an emotional occasion, Jackie was superb in her professionalism, attention to detail and clear love for the pets she is entrusted with. We no longer have any pets, but I would give Valley Pet Crematorium the highest possible recommendation and a huge, heartfelt thank you to Jackie. Much Love Kevin and Lisa Millard
