There was no need to worry with Castle Comfort. I carried out my due diligence and was very happy with what a read and spoke to Keith who immediately started to put me at ease with his easy going manner and assurances that it would run smoothly. There was to be a delay as I was waiting to get remedial work completed on my stairs before installation this was no problem as Keith contacted me from time to time to ensure the lift would be installed as close to my completion date as possible. Very easy! Communication and advice was good and the stairlift was fitted two weeks from my initial enquiry and at a reasonable cost. After a week of use it seems to be performing its function admirably. A most satisfactory experience.
I arranged my mums lift entirely by phone with this firm from Devon, who cover all of Cornwall too. The lift was measured and fitted within 48 hours. Our family are pleased with the whole experience so far and we did go for an extra warranty just incase.
