Service is absolutely fantastic! Phenomenal. Keep it up ! HOWEVER, I have noticed your rates DONT FLUCTUATE quick enough, commensurate with current market rates!!! Which, in my opinion results in “unintended” shortchanging ............ or indeed over payments of your loyal customers!! I’m positive you’ll do something about that, sooner rather than later!!!

I sent the money with Expresslink to pay for a service in Zimbabwe however the money was not going to clear within the time I scale I required.I spoke to the lady who was so understanding and put on hold my transaction.I really don’t know what the guy did and processed the transaction .For what ever reason I do not know ,I have been sending messages and no one has bothered to respond.I will never use this company again

I arrived at Karigamombe to collect my money at 08.00hrs. I was told the money was not yet ready. The money was sent on Sunday night. I had received confirmation and reference number. Waited for 15 minutes and it was not yet confirmed on the system. I asked for contact number so that I can call to check. The agent asked for my number and I gave it to her. She said she was going to call me when confirmed. I did not receive any call. Went back after 3 hours. Waisted my time waiting. My understanding is when you get reference number the money is ready. 1st time of using Express , I was disappointed. Reference EXPFI143603.
