Service exactly as you'd expect. Called 30 minutes before dropoff, we were earlier than booked as well but no problem, driver was there to meet us and was polite and friendly. Upon return we called once we were through passport control and had no baggage to collect so was aware we were giving less than 30 minutes notice, but confirmed to them we had no bags to collect and by the time we got to the 3rd level carpark a friendly driver was there with the key and there our car awaited. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use again :-)

I found this service very unprofessional and rude on drop off. They were not willing to do any checks on my car together as promised on their website and when i mentioned it they were very rude about it. Luckily i took pictures of my car which are time and location stamped ( see below ) when i came to collect my car there were scratches all over my back bumper. When i informed them of this at time of collection they didn't care and told me to call the number to make a complaint. I called and was told to email my complaint with pictures. I had to send 2 emails before i got any response. I sent over the pictures and had to follow up with another email before i got any sort of acknowledgement of receipt. It has been over a month and i still have not herd anything back from them yet. I have sent numerous emails and just been ignored. I am now having to report them to trading standards as i contacted luton airport who said they cannot take any responsibility as this is a third party company and they have to let them trade here by law. I am just hoping trading standards can help me with this. The last thing you want when coming back from an amazing holiday is to collect your pride and joy with scratches and damages to it and have no one take responsibility for it.

We booked this car park meet and greet on 5/9/2020 for 16 days our peaceful break away from home during this stressful pandemic time. We frequently travel. My complaint is that I have never experienced such disastrous brutally rude behaviour very unprofessional humiliating communication, eventually had no choice we had to leave our car for our holiday break with full toxic atmosphere, my wife was completely shocked with a women who was on the phone. She was extremely rude and ignorant and the man who was on the counter at the airport was extremely arrogant too. I will never use there company again the most important thing before leaving for your holiday is peace and comfort.

Great service. Had to fly for work and was all arranged quite short notice. The team here are friendly and offer competitive prices. My car was well looked after, returned to me clean and the site had significant security in place. Would absolutely use them again! Thanks guys.

I used Express Meet and Greet Luton last week Service was good all went to time with no delays. However reason for giving 2 stars. On returning to my car I noticed my dash cam usb lead had been disconnected. On starting my car the engine warning light was on. It had never come on in 3 years of me driving this car. I was concerned on how my car has been driven. On reviewing the files on the camera it was apparent that the dash cam was disabled before they first started the engine after drop off. The dash cam is not visible from the driver's seat as completely hidden behind the rear view mirror so they must have searched for it. Why would I not be suspicious of how my car has been driven if they feel the need to hide any footage.

I have used Express Meet and Greet for some years now and can't fault them. I use them 6/7 times a year and always get fantastic service. Always prompt (I have used others in the past and have sometimes waited 45 minutes with my children in the snow!). Incredibly polite and the prices are unbeatable. The only company I've found for a LONG while that bucks the trend of "you get what you pay for". Please keep up the good work guys!

I only use express meet and greet when flying from Luton as they are hands down the best company for valet parking. I have used them regularly over the past 6 years and for more than 20 return flights each year. They are friendly, reliable and represent great value for money.
