What a fantastic service - I ordered a lightweight Berghaus jacket on Thursday. It arrived on Saturday. The jacket is fantastic quality and the online service from Extreme GB was so efficient and easy to use. I can't recommend Extreme GB highly enough for such a comprehensive range of outdoor clothing for all activities & adventures, and such an efficient service. Thank you!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - I returned a faulty product to Extreme GB on 11 Jan 2021 and then had to follow up with a phone call 5 weeks later only to find out they hadn't even bothered to forward the product to the manufacturer. I rang Extreme gb again in late Feb but they had no update for me but promised they would follow up on this but I never heard from them again. By end of March, I had to contact the manufacturer (Mountain Equipment) who informed me that they had sent a full refund to extreme GB on 23 Feb ! They contacted extreme GB and eventually in late March I finally recevied my replacement Product. I will never buy through Extreme GB again.
Horrendous service from this absolute joke of a company. Ordered some boots and a hat, only the hat was posted. After numerous emails as their telephone lines are cut off there was no response. So i was forced to open a paypal dispute, on there they said the weight was matching and i was lying whereas in fact they had no stock. Why sell an item that's not in stock and force the customer to go to lengths just to get a refund. Full of lies, would avoid this company at all costs!
Absolutely shocking customer service. NO REPLYS FROM EMAILS. WOULDN'T LET ME LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON THE WEBSITE SUPRISE SUPRISE. JUST USE Go outdoors or millets!!!!
Bought a tent that unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. Returns process was easy and punctual. Very good customer service.
