Currently im taking legal action as i was missold windows. Our 4 new overpriced windows leaked on several occasions and still now very draftly, difficult to lock and not sound proof as promised. We didn't expect 100% soundproof even though thats what was promised. The 2 main things we expected from soundproof windows was a noticeable sound reduction and keep the weather out. Strongly recommend avoiding
