Can't even book! Website online booking only allows to book in Newcastle (bit too far to go...) - no response on callback request, nds an 08444 number to call, which is a premium rate number - with a long hold time with a recorded announcement about something else (I think to do with trampolining) Had to go further afield due to their crap (non-exisitant!) booking system.
