An absolutely unprofessional, useless jewellers , broke my Tiffany bracelet in pieces, couldn’t replace a simple link! Needed to change all chain, and the chain is bad quality and attached very untidy! And the sizing of the bracelet is huge now, still can’t wear it ! So need to use another jewellers ! And they still charge me for this! So disappointed, absolutely not recommend this place for anything

Excellent. Bought my watch in for adjustment to the link chain strap. The service was quick, informative and very reasonably priced. I was going to try the adjustment myself after watching several utube videos but for 6 it just wasn't worth the effort and the risk of damage. If it needs further adjustment it will be free!
Needed a watch strap shortening for my wife and battery replacement for my watch, done on the spot and very reasonable price. Will use again, well recommended.
