I selected express delivery and paid a premium for the service and the item arrived a day late. When I questioned the company, they simply said speak to royal mail to get compensation offering no help to resolve the issue. When I said I long require the item as it was after my event they said I had to pay for the postage back to them with no compensation when they never delivered the product on time or as promised. Avoid this company as there are many other fancy dress company's online that have kept there promise in the past. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Sent a faulty product. Complete failure to deal with an unhappy customer and no prompt replacement offered. Expected to pay for return postage and wait for replacement. Do not recommend under any circumstances.
