I booked for my husband a flu jab - his vulnerable so told he had to wait 3 weeks , which is fine I fully understand this , however given a time and was told for my husband to wait in his vehicle and told a a nurse would come out and get him . My husband turned up at his allocated time to find a mass group of people waiting in cars , in the car park and waiting around the door - it appears that there is no organisation there at all . I tried to contact the surgery and there was no one to take calls . So disappointed
