I was retired for one year when I realised I had more to offer. I was looking through Facebook and noticed Home Instead looking for Senior Carers, I thought I can do that. From the very beginning I was warmly welcomed by the staff and they made my transition to a position in the company as easy as possible, and are always available to listen and offer advice. It's the personal touch that counts, matching me up to clients that I can have a good rapport with, always being on the other end of the phone if needed for advice. The flexible hours. I knew what hours and days I wanted to work and they have been very accommodating and if I can help out on other days I will, but if I can't I never get a negative feeling from the staff. I have been at Home Instead for about 18 months now and really love it and would highly recommend the company for Caregivers and clients. Such a professional, realistic company who cares about all aspects of CARE!
