Can not give negative stars, hence 1 star. Contracted this company after asking specific questions on visit and availability of inspectors. Was told yes visit will be made nest day after 1 day notice. Not true. Inspectors always available and in office. NOT true. When requested a visit by inspector was told: “You are not the only customer and I have lots of visits to do and am too busy. ONLY Inspector in the SOUTHERN AREA. Asked me to send him pictures of the dig and foundations to assess by looking at soil in the pictures to ascertain if visit was worth making. Not familiar with area. UNBELIEVABLE. Took the 200 payment and did nothing . After contacting their Associate director and CEO still no positive action. HAD to cancel the contract. Used the local authority EHDC and was given professional and help fun service. DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE EVER. COWBOYS.
