Updated 24th November 2020 Still not heard anything back. There phone call recording software has failed and now they refuse to re install it without charging a call out fee. Given everything I have been put through, and the despicable lack of customer service (ZERO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE JUNE), this is beyond shocking. Updated September 2020 Shocking. We experience significant faults on a weekly basis. In the last 8 weeks: Repeated drops in their phone app software resulting in customers indefinitely staying in a cloud system waiting for a pick up. Phone recording system being manually removed by an engineer and only finding out 6 weeks later that we have had no recording completed. Phone recording installation never completed at one site over 2 years ago, despite charging quarterly for the service. Phone systems don’t allow call handlers to ‘hold’ more than one call at a time due to ‘technical issue’. This fault has been reported to them and their Operational lead 10 days ago, but still no resolution. They don’t deal with complaints quickly or at all. They are yet to respond with anything in response to the calamity they caused by their engineers turning off our call recording feature. Overall, if you are a business looking for a telecoms service, look elsewhere. You have been warned.

We have a support and managed services contract with Peach and the service has always been great. Recently, my laptop completely died and they exceeded expectations by letting me borrow a machine from them to use whilst they ordered me a new one and set it all up, even salvaging things that i had stupidly saved on my old C drive, meaning there was no downtime or impact to my working. Always friendly and helpful too. Would throughly recommend.

Peach Technologies have provided IT support to our company for many years. Recently David at Peach provided a very competitive proposal for our Telecoms System. The system was installed within a matter of days of agreement, and a high level of training provided. A very high level of Customer Service has been given, and very much appreciated.

Peach supply our telephone and broadband services and we have always had great service. Recently we had a router problem which I reported to Peach technical support, their engineer Ross quickly understood the problem and arranged to send another router which we received very promptly, Peach also emailed me updates of the progress and after installing the new router the problem was fixed. What was very impressive was that Ross called me to ensure that everything was OK. Well done Peach.
