Farmhouse Spas were extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish. Jason answered all of my questions about installation and maintenance in a straight forward way. The installation was very efficient - nothing was too much trouble and the spa was up and running in a couple of hours. Jason provides an excellent after sales service - he is at the end of the phone if there are any questions. I am really pleased with the spa and highly recommend Farmhouse Spas - they are excellent!

Dealing with Jason at Farmhouse Spa’s has been a fantastic experience. Having shopped around for our first Tub, we found Jason super helpful - nothing was too much trouble as choosing the right tub is a minefield! Not only are the Hot Tubs well priced but our experience from beginning to end has been second to none, even when it came what might have been a tricky install with fence panels being removed, ramps being made etc. I would highly recommend buying from Farmhouse and you will get the piece of mind you are being looked after by someone who knows their stuff, doesn’t inflate prices and offers A1 customer service. Highly recommended.

The decision as to whether to buy a Hot Tub, and which tub to buy was made so easy. Good explanations were available for both pros and cons. The timings for the purchase, electrical connections, delivery and installation worked out very smoothly. Delivery day didn't go quite as smoothly as planned, but the small difficulties of getting the tub to a limited access location were overcome, the tub installed, filled, and we eagerly awaited our first experience. It was everything we were hoping for, and then some. Relaxing in the tub underneath a clear starlit sky has to be experienced, words cannot convey the pleasure and joy of it. Jason is easily approachable, and readily helps out with advice on how to get the best from the tub. We look forward to many years of enjoyment and relaxation.

Jason was really accommodating, replied very quickly to my emails when requesting information initially. He was readily available for a demo in the show room, he’s incredibly knowledgeable on the product and the product is amazing! Jason recommended an electrician we could use locally and was amazing when it can to installing the hot tub into our garden (it wasn’t the easiest that’s for sure!) They also stock a range of products and chemicals which we will be ordering regularly

Wow! What a great find this place is. Jason's attention to detail not only when we tried the hot tubs out at their shop, but also giving up his time to be there when we took delivery of our purchase. The outstanding service and knowledge received was incredible. We have used our hot tub religiously daily (sometimes more than once) even through the colder times.
