I do not like the thought of writing a bad review for someone because I know it will affect their business, but AJ Products have been nothing but disappointing to deal with. They got my first order with them wrong, meaning I had to wait another month or so for my order. I then (in hindsight foolishly) went back to them to order a storage unit, which after a month or so, didn't arrive because the delivery firm returned it damaged, without telling me, I only found out when I chased it up. The replacement arrived, another month later so badly damaged it is almost a joke. Whilst AJ Product is not directly to blame for the damage, they chose the delivery partner; as such I will not be ordering from AJ again and I would advise you not to either. What annoys me the most is that I have not heard a word from AJ since informing them of the damage and they have not provided a refund.... sadly this bad review is probably the only way to get their attention.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Had a slight problem with my original purchase, sorted immediately, recieved a replacement and was checked on to ensure all was to satisfaction. Could not recommend AJ more!

We bought a canteen package deal, it was easy to purchase from the website. Arrived as expected by a helpful driver. I found it easy to assemble and very good quality - would highly recommend.

Poor experience. After 4 months and payment completed I don't have all of my items. I don't recommend. Poor customer experience, big mess in the system as the lady Ellie is asking the same question many times. Not sure if she is new or whatever. Good luck with the business.
