The work quality at the time seem fine though the availability was on and off to undertake works. The aftercare service has been non-existent. Despite following up 2 to 3 times to get someone to come over and check for the heating system, we have been flatly refused saying that they will only listen to the building contractor. There work is tied to the product and property and ultimately they were paid out of our pockets as we were the end clients but they have not paid any heed. Disappointed as a customer especially as someone who spends close to 10k for such works

Totally recommend this company for both commercial and domestic work. Used these guys for 10 years now in my hotel and my own home. Trustworthy, competent, and everything you would hope for in a plumber/heating engineer but rarely get.

We've been very pleased with all the work C F Plumbing have carried out for us. Usually we have seen Craig or Richard, they are always very helpful, courteous, considerate, and conscientious. They fitted a new boiler for us a few years ago now and have fitted one for my mum since then. They have helped us out on several occasions now and we wouldn't want to look anywhere else for a heating engineer. We always feel that we've been given good advice and we've been very well looked after. Five stars!!
