We have been customers for around 17 years. They have now completed 2 separate installs and one equipment refit for us. Other than a small mistake made during the refit we have been happy with their work. They have also walked us through the equipment choice to appropriately cool the rooms and their regular servicing is reassuring. Cool Projects recently installed an air conditioning unit in my house due it always getting so warm. They helped me decide where to locate it, so that the most important rooms get the benefit. They installed within a morning and left everything very smart and tidy. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
