Called up, told I could turn up and fit in with other players on a party. Drove 45 minutes to arrive and be told I cannot join in with the parties and had to wait 2 hours to play. I wasn't offered an apology or explanation it was simple I had to wait and the parties were exclusive (which wasn't the case) Left with one very upset son. Wont ever be coming back again!!!!!!

Very helpful staff, good food, party pretty much organises itself.
This place is an absolute joke, totally over run not supervised, bookings all overlapped and over booked, booked well in advance as a group of adults expected then as over booked to run about and fight against a group of 5 yr olds we didn’t know, really need to look into child protection policy, no apologies, appalling, treated like we did something wrong!! An accident waiting to happen there!!! Over booked, under staffed and Under experienced!
Great fun for all the family, adults enjoyed running around just as much as the kids.
