Pet Grooming - Shocking - If I could give ZERO stars I would! Our dog is 11 years old. We have had him groomed every 2-3 months. I have never seen a dog groomed like this before. The whole family is upset with how he now looks. Thank god his coat will grow.

Great staff. Bit rubbish queueing outside in the rain, but it was Sunday and they took the trouble to sign me up for the VIP 10% discount. Better for those waiting if I had downloaded the app before I got to the till.

The store has gone very strict on covid restrictions only letting one adult in per household. They requested a parent leave her under 10 year old in the car. She declined for obvious reasons. When I asked if the store had reached its capacity or was busy I was informed politely that this was their policy and it was independent of the numbers in the store. Seems strange as there is no legal restriction at this time, just a request and with kids off school this seems a bit extreme. For me they have gone from 4*s to 0.

This is somewhere I actually enjoy to relax as much as anything else. The buns here have a lovely, decent sized enclosure and always seem very happy. The place is full of dogs and their owners, again, they all look very happy. Ranges of stock are good, and they always seem to keep stock levelsn nice and high. It's well laid out, too, with decent wide aisles and sensible grouping.
