Would liked to have had Disable bays at front of main doors, as were they are is quite a walk if mobility poor and your on your own. Otherwise staff there all friendly and helpful.

came in for an appointment, they \\forgot\\ to call me to explain they couldn't do it - lack of communication on their part!! Physio department are useless and would rather give you stretches in hope it helps than actually look into the problem and do physical work (like a private physio would). I was then discharged despite zero improvement. Shouldn't have wasted my time! The only good thing, the reason it has 1 star is the parking is free.
Very helpful place and well set up.
A modern, well designed and welcoming building. Very poor service at times in the pharmacy and parking is under provided with no motorbike parking and so you must leave at least 20 minutes to find or wait for a space. Cafe is good. A bit of an echo prone building but well served by hospital like services
