Excellent experience well worth seeking out. The exhibits are nicely displayed in a friendly environment and some are interactive. Also I thoroughly recommend buying a coffee and lunch at the cafe, brilliant staff who are happy to see you. A truly wonderful day out.

Wonderful place with fantastic exhibits and lovely people. We spent 3 hours here and we managed to see almost everything ( we definitely need to visit again as it’s lots to see and explore and 3h are not enough) and have a ride with the train. Visit and won’t be disappointed x
Loads to see that brings back memories galore for my generation. My 7 year old granddaughter was fascinated to see how things were for me at her age. She loved the prefab and all its contents. Great team of very knowledgeable and friendly staff and a good menu to round off a splendid visit.
Cracking day out. We were lucky to be there on their Halloween special day, but there's plenty to see without it. Kids really happy
This is a museum in a beautiful outdoor location with a great cafe and beautiful autumnal tints nearby.
