TERRIBLE! Bought an item, went the day after to return it with the receipt and everything. This Lady started swearing at me with my baby there. What the hell! I just needed a refund from an item I hadn't even opened, still in the bag! Save your and go somewhere else...no joke. What a ratbag! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL OPEN.

Absolutely fantastic service! Went in for a game controller balloon for my son's birthday,didn't have 1 at shop but she took my number and called me same day to let me know she'd got 1 and I could get it next day. I will be doing all my party shopping here now!
Lovely selection of balloons and all party things. However, be careful with pricings as no items are marked and I was quoted 24 for a balloon which other people have been quoted for 17.99. Overpriced.
Paid 100 for balloons with delivery. Did not last very long they started to go down during the reception and we could not let them off as we had wanted as air had gone down. They looked lovely for a few hours only. Such a shame but will know not to go there again. Balloon inside a balloon total waste of money as only looked like one balloon. Oh well you live and learn so never ever again One very unhappy customer
terrible. ordered a helium balloon for my daughter's 2nd birthday, took my money and never posted the item. tried contacting numerous times with no reply. Never purchase from here
