On Peter Baldock's recommendation, I went to John High to the audiology department for wax removal. Phil Jackson's expertise resulted in the restoration of my hearing which had deteriorated badly. During the lockdown, I was given a next-day appointment and I felt safe at all times. Phil's thoroughness has made me a new person as I was beginning to accept my deafness. Michael Harlow

AMAZING!! I can hear so much better and so can Mum..I was quite intrigued to find out what micro suction was like, after previous wax removal (via irrigation at GP) felt quite messy and uncomfortable..Had an eye test a week before (Family of 3) and whilst waiting Phil checked our ears..noted that they needed clearing...Today's experience was fantastic, very relaxing and a joy.( Very Good Humour)..Phil is very professional, considerate and explains everything thoroughly, and will make you aware of what he is about to do before each procedure..Astounded at what Phil managed to get out of my ears, (Poor Phil)..but he was not going to be defeated. All Staff at John High are very welcoming and friendly and clearly comply with Covid procedures...Recommended to a neighbour already...will definitely be returning and Highly recommend to anyone..Many Many Thanks and Appreciation

My husband and I have just visited John High in Faversham to have our ears checked and have wax extracted and can’t fault the service we received in any way. Our ear specialist was extremely knowledgable, really friendly and the whole extraction process was painless yet highly effective. I still cannot believe I had that much wax in my ear! I’d highly recommend this service to anyone.
