This company arranged for smudge the sweep to come and sweep a disused flue after my central heating broke down. Job was done within less than 24 hours of me calling. Amazing friendly service from a clearly experienced and knowledgeable tradesman. Will be using again for all of my fire related servicing. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolutely amazing service by Steve aka Smudge the chimney sweep! He helped us with the our stove fire in our home we had just moved into. Swept and cleaned it beautifully! Showed me how to use it too as was a bit daunting! Clearly knew his stuff, very professional and absolutely lovely. So pleased with it - and so happy it’s all sorted in time for Christmas and chilly winter evenings!
Put me in contact with their chimney sweep (Steve) who was on time, extremely thorough and assured us our stove was in good condition. Was at our property for over an hour and left our stove looking like new. Very professional compared to some of the sweeps we've used in the past. Will 100% use again
