First class service when I went to Purchase a wheelchair for my mum, After explaining to Taylor made Mobility they supplied me with the correct wheelchair for my mother and the person pushing it.

Darren was really helpful in assisting us with choosing a walker for my Mum, he also gave her a quick masterclass in how she should be using it correctly (who knew there was a right and a wrong way!?) Now she can go off road with her super light but very stable walker. He has since provided excellent after care (servicing & repairs) and also helped me with car seat products to help me after a whiplash accident. Would highly recommend!

Darren was really helpful in sorting out the best wheelchair for my father. He visited him in his care home so he could try several wheelchairs for size and fit, and to make sure that it would do what we needed. He set the wheelchair up with a motor and came back to the care home to make sure the wheelchair was adjusted correctly and give me instructions in how to operate the motor. He provided advice over the phone and in his shop on several occasions. Several months later my father was having difficulty sitting upright and was leaning to the side when tired. Darren came back to the care home and following discussion fitted a side support so that I could continue to take my dad out and about. Darren's knowledge and helpfulness was amazing and made the complicated mobility issues much easier. Highly recommend.
