The most friendly and welcoming gym especially for people like me for that find gyms a little daunting, all of the staff are extremely helpful and for those just starting out and needing some guidance and help I would highly recommend Kirsty for some PT sessions. Has definitely motivated me!

Nice staff and atmosphere. Good range of equipment and never too busy. Fantastic all round!
Small but cosey gym, good all round. Got enough equipment if your looking a for a quick train due to holiday or work. Parking was slight issue as it's only ask hour. And staff were helpful.
