Customer service is no longer available at this store Its only available if you use cash and then your made to feel that your putting them to to much trouble not even a smile or hello as I tried to use the self service because it's the only way you can use card payments now staff unhelpful I have always loved Matalan the clothes and house hold stuff was lovely but after my experience today I won't be going back

Being a regular customer, its disappointing to see that there is only 1 person at the till most of the time. Once i went there and as i went to pay noticed a big line and only one person at the till. Also, i tried calling the number of the store in Feltham and no one seems to be answering the call. The reason was that i wanted to see if there is a blazer available as i wanted it for someone from my company as we had an event . I think i might not go to this store anymore and would let my family members know too as they like shopping here
Not friendly return policy, sale item is not refunded and coupons are given. I had written the expiry date on the back of the coupon (in clear space) as a reminder and the manager argues with me as I have defaced the coupon without understanding someone needs a way to remember they got this inside their wallet. Not a great experience today. Be mindful of return policies here.
