This is a scam. I've been scammed by them. Took my money yet no products. No refunds. I've been in touch with Sarah and Amy as I was told by whoever manages their Instagram account. This company does not comply with the consumer law and legislation. They do not deal with customer properly either. I am now taking them to court. I repeat it's a scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Would give 0 stars if it were an option!!! Ordered two different pants on 23rd August 2020. Kept one and sent the other back. (Not tried on or taken out of the bag). I was then refunded 1 when the pants were 18 and matched all of the return guidelines. I have been battling with them since 13th September for the remaining amount to be refunded. Promised the money and still not received the remaining refund, a reply or reason for not refunding the money. Customer service is awful and I wouldn’t waste your money with them. They’ll only ignore your emails/messages. I have posted this to social media and it’s comical to see how many people have had the exact same issue. And not forgetting to mention queuing for 1hour 30mins & paying 4 to post them back, in the middle of COVID-19.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! my order never arrived so I contacted them through email, Facebook and Instagram they responded then deleted all my comments and many others who they did the same thing too on Instagram and blocked me on social media and will not answer my emails. They have stolen my money and will not respond this company is a scam company.
Made my first order with them last week, over 100. I was really excited about my order. When i opened my parcel One item was missing and one item damaged. I have been accused of lying for not receiving an item and when asked for a replacement for the damage in a different size as they are slightly too big , i was told that isnt an option. Shocking customer service and very disappointing quality. Will not be ordering again the customer service needs a serious looking at.
Placed an order at the end July 2020 and one item was damaged and another was not how it was online. I returned the order on the 5th August. i have emails, facebooked and Instagram them also tried calling them no answer. No refund been given. There is no customer service level. Its disappointing. I
Ordered 8 days ago, money taken right away, no dispatch email, no parcel and I needed this for an occasion, I have emailed 3 seperate people, messaged on Facebook and tried to call the number online, nothing. No reply!!!!! Have a feeling people are being scammed. Joke
Great customer service and fast delivery, price are affordable and costumer service is beyond perfect. We will definitely be ordering again !!!
