I cannot accept the report that was shown to me recently, I stayed there for a week a few months ago. The staff were caring the food was exceptional the management were there the whole time asking us what activities we would like to have in place to entertain us. They had arranged for a mock judge and Jury session, which I didn’t get to see, but they had an entertainer on. The place is spotless, they seem to be upgrading all the time, even though it’s a new home to the area. They had GOOD in all areas when I was there, I can’t see how that could change so drastically within such a short period of time. This doesn’t make any sense at all. I was grateful for the care I got when there nothing was to much trouble. I will be looking to stay again in the new year, I have seen others and they don’t compare, to the facilities in this home

My mum needed permanent full-time care as she was no longer able to look after herself at home after a traumatic couple of years for her. I visited a number of local care homes which more or less were the same but Feng Shui House stood out head and shoulders above all the others and is frankly in a different league. For me, the most important thing is the quality of care she gets and it is of the highest order. All the staff are brilliant. Not a lot more I can say really. How likely would you be to recommend Feng Shui House Blackburn?
