A brilliant Medical Practice with attentive Doctors, Nurses and support staff. I have never had a poor or bad experience with them.

I have no words to describe my experience with the receptionists from this GP, they are rude and unprofessional, because of the overall experience I will be changing where I go to the doctors and would not recommend this GP to anyone.

When ringing for appointments, I have been met with such rudeness and abruptness from the receptionists, It really is completely appalling and unnecessary. I myself work with people every day and would never talk to them like this. I am always pleasant and polite when I ring and am met with ignoranance and rudeness. Re-train you reception staff in professionalism and manners please!!!! Awful. Would have give zero stars but had to. Give one to post review. Totally unprofessional for them to speak to people like this. If I didn't live in the area I'd be off like a shot.

I have been registered here for a year. As a family of three we've had call to use the practice for a varied number of reasons including pregnancy care. I've found them exceptional in every regard and always very pleasant to deal with.

Always find both Doctors and staff very helpful and friendly. We are fortunate to have them in Fenham. For example Doctors have always phoned me when I have needed their advice. Have been registered at this surgery for 25 years.

Made emergency appointment on Monday for my elderly mother, who had water infection. Got told by nurse that she would ring me on Tuesday about what antibiotics she can have. No word on Tuesday so I rang to be told ' I've spoke with the nurse, and she said she will ring u' now Wednesday , no script in chemist and still no call. Disgusting service , considering Mam was very poorly in hospital just before Christmas. And still not 100%. And she's a one for NOT going to the surgery.

Needed to write this sadly as frustration hits highest level everytime without fail I call the surgery mainly to make appointment for my young children. The attitude is so uncaring they never seem to have any sympathy, just rude definitely working in the wrong place with no people skills. No appointment for 3 weeks and need to call next couple of days to see when the rota is put on the system for 4th week... walking centre is their only advice!!!

For an emergency appointment they send you to walk in clinic in Ponteland Road, and then for a week cannot retrieve the analyses results / referral from that clinic. If you do not have an established communication between you two then why do you refer people there? Also do not give a new appointment to see a doctor even when the symptoms are still present. So got antibiotics prescription from walk in clinic and no examination on the source of problem. Very, really bad service! Need to look for a new GP where you can see a doctor when you are in a severe pain....
