same as others here. took my money quick enough last month and still no coal. they just called and said could be another 5 weeks as they have more than 200 people to deliver to! Shocking, company has gone completely downhill. DO NOT USE. *** edit. The day after writing this they did deliver the coal, however I will not be using again

Avoid!!! Took money 3 weeks ago and still no coal! I Asked about delivery! Told me very busy and gave me no idea of when to expect it. I Cancelled order and still waiting on refund! Very poor customer service skills, you would not get away with this if you had ordered goods from a retailer so why are they getting away with this! They should not be taking online orders
Ordered logs 18th December. Now 1 month later, just like the other customers.....NO LOGS. Out of pocket nearly 50.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Like other reviewers here I ordered coal 1 month ago. Money take within 1 day but still no coal. No communication as promised and no response from complaints dept. Now waiting for a refund but 'systems are being updated' and they can't process that apparently. Have been promised this will be done next week - I'm not holding my breath! UPDATE: Unbelievably, coal delivered within 1 hour of leaving this review!
Wish I'd know it was Fergusson Coal who was going to deliver my heat logs and seen these reviews before I placed an order with Logs2U / CPL Distribution. Took the almost 100 payment nearly 3 weeks ago and still no sign. Have had to ring every single day this week to find out what's happening and was absolutely promised they'd be delivered today. Still no sign and office is now closed. Had every excuse under the sun about why they haven't made it yet. I had the chance to buy the same heat logs locally last week for the same price and didn't, thinking this order would come any day. Now that supplier is sold out. Would AVOID at all costs. Hopeless.
Horrendous, actually phoned a week before and spoke to somebody to make sure that I would get a delivery for yesterday,, confirmed and reassured after previous failures they would , didn't t,urn up AGAIN, no communication nothing, now got to wait another week, and the snows coming, I have no other source of heating! In my world is that not Liars and thieves? and still cant post review without having to give them a star
Since CPL took control of Fergussons, the running of the Company has become an unmitigated disaster. I get coal every two weeks and pay by cheque. Because CPL accounts section can take all of TWO WEEKS in banking my cheque, my account shows in debit balance and I continually get letters from their HQ in Sheffield advising me that no orders can be taken for further coal. Only this morning I was on the phone to their C/Control section,LISA McEWAN who was as useful as a "chocolate teapot" apart from confirming my account was fully up to date but alas were sorry I had been sent a letter advising me "no further orders could be processed until "MY ACCOUNT WAS CLEAR" !!!!!!
Exactly the same experience as other reviewers. Paid for coal and no delivery. Terrible customer service. If I've not got my delivery by the end of this week I'm off to Trading Standards to pass my complaints to them
