Came to watch an old school friend compete and was blown away at how professional and well organised the event was. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lloyds Equestrian certainly met all my expectations of a family run competition yard. Great day, both horse and rider were pleased!

I visited the centre today to find out about the facilities on offer. As the gates were closed and there appeared to be nowhere for visitors to park, I put the car to the left of the main gates, as much out of the way as I could, so that I could ask about parking at the office. As soon as I got through the gates, I was met by a woman wearing a peeked cap, who told me to move my car immediately! She seemed not at all interested in why I was there. I explained I was on my way to their office to ask about their facilities/parking etc. She then asked if I owned a horse, to which I replied: Not yet, and that I wanted to check out the riding facilities etc. first. She again focussed on me moving the car, but offered no welcome or other information. As a potential livery customer, I felt her offhand manner dismissive and extremely un-business like. Having worked and lived abroad for the past 17 years, I was intending to return to riding, hoping to get advice on obtaining a new horse and possibly keeping it at this facility. Needless to say, I was not impressed.
