Good local practice. Building is a little tired. Staff all very helpful. Online booking and appointment reminders are very efficient. Doctor I spoke to was excellent and I was able to get a necessary physio appointment on the same day in a sister practice in Bournemouth. Very impressed.

Today, I was welcomed by the receptionist for an appointment. I waited only a short time to see the doctor . My concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently and referred for a hospital appointment. It is the first time in three years that I can say I was really pleased with the surgery. Thank you. Not 5 stars, due to the building itself.

I agree about the 0844 number. They do now have, I am told, an 01202 number but do not publish it. Makes me wonder if they 'make money' from the use of 0844. Why do you not publish the 01202 number on your website????

Never been spoken too so rudely by a doctor after I had been in a hit and run accident, Jane cherry I think her name is was so rude and disgusting with her attitude ! I couldn't believe it if I'm totally honest.
