So we're in Prestatyn for a couple of nights for a midweek break and fish and chips won the vote for the evening meal. So glad we went to Ffrith & Chips. The fish was best I'd had in a long while, the batter was firm and crunchy and the chips were excellent - and all cooked fresh. I have no problem waiting a few minutes while my fish and chips are cooked and the owner was very friendly as we chatted, discussing among other things the old photos of the area which adorn the front of the counter. The shop is clearly marked with social distancing measures with only four customers allowed in at any time. There is a seating area outside, enough for a couple of families of 4-6 to eat, (two picnic tables) or wait if there's a queue. Payment is by cash or card with a contactless card reader. There is a small car park opposite the shop which was very convenient. All in all I couldnt find any fault with the whole \dining experience\. There wasn't a scrap left around an hour later! Verdict? 10/10. Oh, and thanks for the vinegar Nigel! Very tasty!
