Had my daughter's ears pierced about 2 weeks ago and just wanted to comment on the excellent service. Great care was taken during the preparation phase, discussing the risks and ensuring she understood what would happen. Time was taken ensuring the right position was chosen on each ear lobe. The result is great - her new earrings look fantastic and she is delighted. I would have no hesitation in recommending F.Hinds in Bracknell
I used F Hinds 'battery for life' offer to get a new lithium battery for my watch. Battery was changed while I waited. It took about 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

The lovely lady that done my nieces ear piercing today was so friendly and professional. She even squeezed her in at short notice for us. Went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She talked her through everything that was going to be done and what was being done when she was doing. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you.
Cherry pierced my little girls ears today and she was fantastic. She spoke in a very calming and reassuring way. Cherry explained everything to my daughter and put her at ease. Would definitely recommend.
