I have shopped at this store for many years and have found all the staff very helpful. I have given a 4 star only due to the fact that my lifetime battery replacement card has been misplaced. The shop assistant needed some details and I believe my card was left on the counter or till as I do not have it with the receipts. Hopefully a replacement will be sent across.

We took a Citizen watch into Hinds Exeter for a repair and I have to say we are extremely pleased with the service. We were given clear timelines and the watch came back after we agreed the repair quote within the period given. It's looks like a new shiny watch now. Very pleased with service we received.
