We thought we had a strong relationship with Filco. They were trusted to deliver directly to our clients and were privy to contact information. However, they seem to have lost their moral compass. We are saddened to learn that Filco have contacted our clients directly. This is not the actions of a reputable business. Not only have you been unsuccessful in your efforts to poach our clients, but you have also lost our business too. Well done, really hope it was worth it.

The big D turned up at our premises to see our works manager without an appointment, which I was first annoyed at due to our covid rules implemented to protect our bubble. Then he awkwardly hung around trying to tout for the filter spares business. We know of him as he supplies our supplier and on occasion has delivered direct to us. Told my supplier I do not want him here ever again. What a poisonous and untrustworthy guy.

Driver overtook me while giving me the middle finger then slowed down in front of me. Their personality is probably the same as their driving... Careless, rude and dangerous.

Yesterday (26/01/15) at 16:30 i was driving down the A500 in stoke and was undercut by one of their drivers I was undercut by the driver and they almost crashed into me by cutting in so close that i had to slam on my breaks just to avoid being crashed into. I tried beeping them to inform them of my presence though they kept moving into me/my lane. Very shortly after this the van pulled into the left hand lane and as they were pulling off the dual carriage way i pulled up beside the van and the driver was hiding behind the central pillar and had their middle finger up at me. I initially thought/hoped that the person might not have seen me when they were cutting in though it transpires that the individual in question had a blatant disregard for the safety of anyone else on the road around them or themselves. Im totally shocked that someone in a branded van would be so stupid to do such a thing and be so rude. I dont know what type of operation this company is running though i am hoping that this rude individual is not an example of the rest of their staff I think this is the fist complaint i have ever written though i am totally disgusted and shocked with this individual If this person was my employee this would be treated as a serious misconduct and they would be out on their ear!
