Outstanding coaching from Professor Filipe Matos. His passion for seeing his students progress really shines through. A fantastic place for kids and adults to develop in this compelling art. We are really like a family - age and background really mean nothing - it's got such a good vibe. I started my BJJ journey aged 47 and now train 6 days a week - I really can't recommend it enough, for healthy body and mind.
Top level coaching. The philosophy of the academy focuses on intricacies and detailed positions, effectiveness and execution of each skill. Great environment for both kids and adults. Academy is suited for both competitors and recreational learners. Nothing beats quality teaching/coaching that enables all participants to progress effectively.

Filipe is amazing coach very high level and so technical. Gym has friendly atmosphere where everyone is welcome. facilities regularly cleaned awesome place to train BJJ.
Really excellent atmosphere at this BJJ academy, professor Filipe explains all the techniques in great detail and is very supportive, makes you feel motivated and always ready for the next class .The academy itself is very modern and very clean with a very nice set up , you have a changing room, a relax/break area for the athletes and there is also a sitting area for the visitors that want to see a class.
Absolute bargain, great coach and always great vibes. Facilities are clean and the team is very supportive.
