This time it was easy as I had an appointment which took me over a year to make.

Really unprofessional Surgery. Receptionist called Sharlene is so rude shouldn’t work no were!! She is shouting at patients trying to ask questions. Very sad
This surgery does not deserve even one star . Absolutely disgusting , worst service . Receptionists need customer service training . My mum who has heart conditions ran out of her medication that is very important and has been contacting the Gp a week before her prescription ran out . A week later and still nothing , every time mum called the reception they lied everyday that it will be ready and to check with the pharmacy . My mum went to her pharmacy 4 times and no sign of repeated prescription. My mum was Nearly in tears as the receptionist put the phone down on her . She was made to feel helpless and that’s when she contacted me. This surgery needs a whole new team or needs to close down. I feel sorry for all the patient having to deal with such service . Don’t forget you get paid for your job , your not doing it for free . It’s for these poor patients that you get paid and have a job . Treat them with respect like you would treat your own family members.
They don’t want to listen to you just listen to them. Mostly in the reception rubbish
I thought they were helping me with a covid test for mum 89yrs with Alzheimer's and dementia for residence in white farm house She has a placement But a receptionist ? Just rang and told me They can't help at all I'm utterly bereft Social worker told us she can't help Don't know what to do Even more depressed than before Xmas when I was bit desperate and asked if there was a place for mum ,because I became depressed after 4 yrs with not one break Feeling totally let down Dunno what I an going to do now
My Daughter went to the surgery only to be told she didn’t have an appointment (it was made that morning) I was with her but they must have forgotten to add it to the appointment list. They said they would squeeze her in with Dr Alec Broom, not the Doctor they had told her she would see. When she walked into his room and started talking he said “stop you don’t have an appointment so just pick one thing you want to talk about” Not what you want to hear when you are already feeling fragile. The rest of her time in there was spent with him being very unprofessional and nothing short of rude with his personal thoughts. Might I point out you are paid to do that job and if you are that unhappy in your work then maybe a change or career is needed, my Daughter came out of there feeling very upset and 100% worse than when she went in. She will now be looking for a new Doctors, Credit where credit due though Dr Lewis is a wonderful Doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.
Rubbish service I think everybody in this surgery need to change this surgery as soon as possible staff are ridiculous
Very bad receptionist they don’t know how to talk with patients useless receptionist sorry don’t recommend to any one they don’t understand your pain or your family pain
