I'm going to start with big thanks to this company, the cylinder I sent was lost in post and was never to be seen again. The postal company did nothing about the situation and left both sides empty handed. Firefox then out of their own pocket sourced me a new cylinder and did all the work I wanted to have done at a very good price lower than they actually quoted.Ive read a few negative reviews and I can saw my experience was nothing alike. This was abit on a lengthy process but the service was great throughout and I got a brilliant cylinder, I will definitely be going to them again in the future.

Pitched up here on s Friday afternoon of a Bank Holiday Weekend with one very sick bike as we were en route to tour Scotland. Nick was fantastic fitting us in immediately, diagnosing the problem, sourcing the parts and making the repair with no fuss and only charging us minimal labour. He got us out of a really difficult spot. Very knowledgeable and honest. Would thoroughly recommend - we need more bike mechanics like this!

Got Firefox to uprate the suspension on my bike recently. Very happy with the work done. Advice was knowledgeable with no attempt to sell me something more than I needed. They clearly knew their stuff, job done well, without fuss and despite it wasn't the most expensive suspension upgrade they'd done (I supplied the shock) the service and consideration was excellent. Recommended.

Used these guys for a full shock rebuild a couple of weeks ago. I posted it to them on a Thursday, they called me the following Friday to say it was all done and it arrived back with me on the Monday. 11 days including postage time! Very fast turn around. Good communication from the guys and very helpful over the phone. Most importantly, they did a good job. The whole process was very easy and i will certainly use them again. Disregard the negative comments.
