Not great experience with these guys as looking after my mother whilst dad in hospital ,she cant feed or drink herself whilst in bed with covid,left in wet bed after being changed and left dehydrated which has now led to her being taken into hospital

Absolutely no respect to the staff, otherhalf comes home crying saying how the head office would constantly berate her for not doing a good job when every other carer there says otherwise, they'll scould you for being sick and not coming in and they also encourage staff to work up until 10pm to immediately start the next day at 7am with barely any sleep or time to do anything really, i have nothing against the carers there, most are lovely, my opinions are on the office staff and management, and im sure im not the only one with these views

THE STAFF HAVE NO TIME TO GET TO ONE JOB TO THE OTHER SO YOUR PAYING FOR A FULL HOUR AND ONLY GETTING 45-50 MINS. THEY WONT COVER ANY STAFF EXPENSES AT ALL AND WOULD NOT ALLOW A MEMBER TO GO TO ALDI TODAY PROBABLY A 2 MILE ROUND TRIP AND PAY THE 24P A MILE ALLOWANCE WHICH USED TO BE A LOT MORE. NO OVERTIME FOR STAFF WORKING WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS ETC.
