I had 3 windows replaced in November 2020. One window had a cracked pane. Gary reassured me he would replace it. Since then he has promised several times to do so, but around 4 months later, this has not been done. I'm elderly and live alone. He was paid in full at the time, without question, as I thought he could be trusted.
