That’s my second time with Five Guys, first time wasn’t in that branch and it was disappointing. Today I gave it another chance, honestly it was tasty and delicious, I ordered Cheeseburger, fries, and cheese dog. I think I have that time a better experince but I think it still didn’t reach my high expectations after what I heart about that restaurant. I think that’s public thing due to the pandemic. Enjoy your meal(s)!!

What's there to say about Five Guys that hasn't been said already? We all know what this popular and fast-growing burger chain offers: fantastic, guilty pleasure burgers which is customisable to how you like it. It's juicy and tasty and the fries are pretty solid too. A lot pricier than other places, but it's worth it after a hard week's work. You can't go wrong with Five Guys anywhere. This chain on the top floor of Westfield Stratford is no exception. Recommended.
The burgers and fries were absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly, professional, and were very prompt with orders. The food was prepared and cooked beautifully. We enjoyed our meals so much. I personally like to thank Bart, the manager, for going the extra mile and looking after us. He has been fantastic and helped us throughout. The service was excellent. Thank you to Bart and the staff for making our visit an excellent one. We will most definitely come back.
Great stop at the beginning or end of your shopping, or just before a movie! Great food as usual. This branch is consistent with the other ones in the company. Service was very quick and burgers were nicely prepared and generously filled. Fries were the same. Bathrooms have a plus point as they are gender-neutral cubicles with their own sink. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the shopping centre. Five guys is an American chain that specialises in fresh ingredients and freshly cut fries. Each branch is clearly proud that they have no freezers and they have a notice board which informs you about the origin of the potatoes you are eating on the day. Burgers are cooked only “well done”. You can also enjoy complimentary peanuts while you wait for your order, which is prepared fast! Do not forget to try their shakes: they are great!!! Yes, it is on the expensive side for a take-away, but you can honestly order their “little” version of the burgers (they come with one patty instead of two) and you can fill up on all condiments for free! Seating is available inside the restaurant and also on the “indoor terrace” overlooking the shopping centre.
A great place to eat. Good food, good service my second visit here and food is perfect. Nice portion sizes. Taste is second to none. Would highly recommend this eatery. Pricey but not overly so. 15-20 quid a head should just about cover a meal here. Location is good too. Not much of a view but who cares when the food is so nice right?
