Booked a service for our 1950's AGA with a gas conversion. Arrived promptly Completed safety check and serviced the AGA. Very professional and very polite and obviously knew what he was doing

Long story short, took 10 days to get an appointment, didn’t turn up on time, didn’t contact me to say they were going to be late, didn’t apologise instead saying there were no guarantees, I could have another appointment a week later or they could cancel the job. Ignoring the implied threat took the next appointment and when asked for the first slot of the day in case things slipped again received a ‘without prejudice’ email saying they wouldn’t honour that appointment either because the ‘trust was gone’?! Do not use these people.
Woukd never use again. Left aga with flames coming out after service. Engineer returned claimed a switch had been moved, the aga was working fine before service, no mention of further charges at anytime. Paid for service. A week later a further bill of over 250 arrives, phoned to discuss and the man was rude and aggressive.
