Had a problem with the charge port on my Innokin T18II after just a few months. Contacted Shane at FV who expressed a real passion for his product and a determination to establish why it had failed. Shane replaced the unit no charge and threw in a couple of liquids to boot for my convenience. I can say with absolute certainty you have my loyalty to your brand. 5 Stars. Thank you.
