Booked to go York and Leeds Christmas markets, coach was great and driver, but hotel was shocking, rooms where freezing, electric kept going off food was awful, hot buffet poor quality, limited choice and all meat was under cooked. Very limited seating by bar 2nd night another coach party so no where to sit so had to go back to our rooms! Hotel was just on the side of a busy motorway and looked like an old motel annex. Bit of a track to find the Leeds Xmas market and it was disappointing just a very small food market, Leeds was lovely though. Won't be booking again! Use very cheap hotels

Booked Blackpool & Illuminations inc free raffle on 4th November as a birthday present for my husband we arrived after 12 and had to be back on the coach at 4.55 as we got off everybody was complaining the time we had we parked by the fun fare, had to get a tram to the tower we went for his birthday meal looked round some shops and had to get the tram back we left at 5 o,clock for the lights which took only 25 minutes to get through I felt really disappointed we could have got back to the coach at 6pm and not have to rush to make things worse we got no free raffle and no apology .
