Enjoyable way to spend an hour. Staff were friendly and the place adhere to covid restrictions as much as possible. My only grip was the locker situation. You cannot lock them meaning I felt it best to have to return to car with phone and keep car key in pocket. Make the lockers lock please!

Great way to treat the kids to a couple of hours exercise. If you book online on the day, you can get an indication of how busy it’s likely to be. If they’ve got 130 odd spaces left with a couple of hours to go, it’ll be quiet and the kids will have the run of the place. Cafe reasonably quiet and the staff are nice.

Really nice clean place with friendly staff. Great effort on the covid cleaning. Could be a little less for prices of entry, food and drink. And for parents with young kids would be good to section off the arcade machines.

I initilly had a grumble and rated it one star as I couldn't get hold of anyone on the provided telephone number which meant I couldn't book with a discount code. When I arrived they gave a fair explanation why they were unable to answer the telephone so I can't complain to much. I would suggest an answerphone message saying why they can't answer rather than the genetic bt message. Otherwise it's a really good place to bring the family - my kids always love it. I wouldn't be put off by the Spectator fee either - it makes sense and you get a free hot drink which more than compensates.

Great place to take the kids. Parties catered for. Goodie bags and hot/cold food. On site free parking and toilets. Cafe servicing slush puppies, ice cream, sandwiches and hot food. Not just trampolines. Basket ball nets, tumble mat, Wipe out style game plus a climbing wall and drop slide. Music. Will require their own socks at an additional cost. Best to pre book slots online and sign waiver.

decent place to go out with kids despite a few attraction hasn't been fixed for a while.Do not approved a kids pass too an longer .Still good place but could be run a bit better

No temp checks as stated on entry!! We definitely were not given the opportunity to watch the safety video there! Reduced capacity.... definitely didn't look like it to us! The staff were rubbish on supervising the trampolines, so many near misses as children (and adults) ran across trampolines as others were using them. Really would not recommend this place at all, not good value for money...plus if I'm paying for a pair of sock I expect them to be in a packet still..been to several other trampoline parks that do at least give to socks that are definitely new on packets!! Plus other parks don't let you enter til your alloted time and you are made to watch the safety video before you can set foot into the play area
