Spoke to a lady from the shop via phone and was very miserable on the phone. I kindly asked about coming to the shop and advice on click and collect and had none of my questions answered. I believe she was the elder one of the 3 working so may be a old school type of person. However the lady was very abrupt to me on the phone. I was looking for some flowers for my partners birthday. I decided to take my custom elsewhere and managed to get a order via click and collect.

I came in here before walking up Boxhill to see my grandmother and they have amazing Pre made flowers in lovely bags. I think I spent 24.99 which is half the price of the other shops in the area and they are still going strong a couple weeks after purchase. Lovely flowers and lovely staff which earns them a 5* review
Elaine did the flowers for my lovely mums funeral yesterday and they were stunning these ladies are always very helpful to talk to and it is a pleasure to go in the shop
Not impressed ! I ordered some flowers and was expecting something modern . Very old fashioned with only 5 stems of flowers for 25.00. Not impressed won't be using them again.
I was part of a group selling valentines roses at a local school to raise money for charity. We got the roses form here and they were of great quality, a good price and the people working there were really kind and generous.
Very disappointed by the thin little bunch of flowers delivered today for my daughter’s birthday. Absolutely not value for money. Next time I will order from Dobbes.
We used Flowers By Elaine for my Dad's funeral. We were so impressed with the beautiful display of flowers. Ordering was easy and efficient. We were provided with lovely cards to write our messages on and these were displayed with the flowers. The floral arrangement was stunning and the flowers were of good quality.
