This was a complete disgrace of a service. - I called them as instructed to inform them we were 30 minutes away from Heathrow. - 45 minutes later they never arrived. - I called a number of times and keep being told the guy was in the lift. I kept ringing back to inform them that I am going to miss my flight but the guy on the phone just kept hanging up on me. - It took them an hour and a half to collect my car and the 4 of us were waiting outside in the freezing cold for that time. - We literally only made the flight by 5 minutes and were very stressed. - Not exactly a hassle free meet and greet experience! We joked that it could not be as bad as that on the way back but in fact it was terrible!! - Yet again they were still not there a full hour and a half after we called them to inform them we had landed. - The guy on the phone continued to LIE or hang up on us. We were then told to go to a completely different location to the documentation where the driver had decided to park my car. - My car had a dent in the door which was not there when we dropped it off. The driver could not actually speak English so I had to call the number on the documentation. - I was initially hung up on when I raised the damage. Called back and was told to call back tomorrow and again hung up on. I asked for a written email to confirm that there was a dent but he refused and said he did not have an email address. - To top it all off the exit card he left me with required additional payment to leave the car park! This experience was a complete disgrace from start to finish. I have never left a review on anything in my life but I felt so strongly that I need to warn others to stay away from this corrupt business. If I could have chosen zero stars I would have.

Put my car via them at Heathrow, collected the car with a crack in the windscreen. Despite asking them to send me the pictures when I dropped off the car they didn’t and instead sent me a link to their terms and conditions (Central Airport Parking) stating they are not liable for any damage to your car. Would never use them again. If you want peace of mind your car is being looked after spend a little on a better company!

Very efficient and reasonably priced service. I followed the instructions and only had a few minutes wait on my return. The driver was very polite and courteous. Would definitely book this service again.

If its possible I would give them no stars. My car was returned yesterday having been keyed down the side, with 1200 worth of damage, yet unable to get hold of anybody at the \helpline\ to deal with the issue. Was told to write an email that would be dealt with in 10 days. This is on top of extremely rude service by the mobile operator, large times to wait for car to be collected and dropped off and muddy car on return. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL THIS COMPANY IS IN OPERATION. I shall be reporting them to the police and seeking legal action.

EDIT: I will NOT be amending my review. While ever you offer the service of recommending parking then it's your name over the door for this one. You should vet who you recommend and you're the ones who take the payment, therefore in my mind I'm dealing with you. Your booking email also says 'Thank you for booking with FlyPark Plus' Secondary, your customer service is terrible, you have very poor response times (see your response to my review) and you did not satisfactorily deal with my complaint and yet your customer service rep closed all communication and would no longer respond to me. I have all the emails for this if you wish to see. 1 star but would give them less if possible. AVOID. The initial person picking the car up frankly didn't seem bothered and was rushing round trying to find other cars. When we returned from holiday the car was available quickly which is good, the lad that dropped it off just asked my name, no id, chucked me the keys and left promptly. After opening all 4 doors on the car we noticed it was left in a disgusting state. Mud everywhere, all on the carpets, door frames, doors and seats . Absolutely unacceptable and the lad was long gone by this point as he obviously knew it was a mess. I took pictures of all this mess and will be lodging a formal complaint and seeking some compensation for this as the car will need to be valeted fully . AVOID AVOID AVOID This was the Manchester branch.
