Was really happy with everything up till delivery been trying for hours now to get hold of them. If no one contacts me by 1 then I'll be taking a 4 hour drive to see them as my project is time sensitive. It's a real shame as they seemed brilliant up till last week

We paid deposit for the doors on the 23rd April. Job number 4779. Before we ordered we were assured that they were confident the bi fold doors take up to 15 days to be fitted even though the contract mentioned 3-4 weeks. I have been chasing them for 1 week trying to get a answer on installation date. Every time I speak, I get the standard response that the factory has not informed them when they will deliver. We are now in the 4th week, only to be told that the doors have an estimated delivery date for 2 weeks over the 4 week deadline. Still no commitment on the installation date. I will update my comments when the doors have been fitted or a refund provided.
Was a little worried after ordering doors before reading negative online reviews. But my experience was very positive. The doors are great, the workmen friendly, and staff in the office easy to reach and helpful. Very pleased.
9 (maybe 8) visits to get bi-fold doors installed and still not right. To be fair to them, they have sent people out 9 times to try to sort it so their heart is in the right place, but unfortunately they should have just made the opening bit big enough in the first place. So still don't have a weathertight seal. Price was reasonable not a bargain. They should have just bitten the bullet on the firs remedial and got the origin doors made the right size instead of which we still have doors that don't work..
My experience was very good a year ago, Lee even got me out of a fix of my own making by supplying replacement inward instead of the wrong outward opening doors - at cost! I sold the wrong one on for the same price. The fitters were very good but often difficult to get someone out for adjustments/maintenance. \u003e\u003e However today 03-Aug and all this past week all phone lines at FDS are off, incl his. I hear they may be going into administration. So they won't be taking any more deposits, just feel for anyone who has paid and not yet received. So sad in a business renowned for higher than average unreliable service, that another has not come up with the goods.
GONE BUST. Disgusted at this company, taking innocent people’s money then disappearing off the face of the earth, have left me 8 months pregnant with no windows and doors in back of house, devastating. Owners and employees in on it and don’t have any shame to do this to people.
Do not use. We have bifolds and a window from FDS, doors are fine but the fitter cracked a window during installation... and they're not answering phone or emails to come and fix it. Product seems fine, but the communications after payment are atrocious, just a really unprofessional company. So frustrating.
Awful company, avoid at all costs Potential customers need to understand that the company is only interested in peoples deposits. Once deposits have been paid there is no guarantee that the door you ordered even exists, and certainly no way you will ever get your money back if there are any problems. Searching for other reviews shows that even if doors are fitted people are not happy with them. Customer services are non-existent with no response to repeated calls, e-mails and letters. Use this company at your peril.
